Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium potatoes
    salt
    2 heaping tsp. butter
    2 heaping tsp. flour
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Dice potatoes.
    Cover with water and cook until nearly done. Add salt and butter.
    Dissolve flour in milk and pour over drained potatoes.
    Cook, stirring, until potatoes finish cooking and milk thickens.
    You might add a few parsley flakes when adding milk.
