Carrots In Wine Sauce(One Of Linda'S Dishes We All Have Enjoyed) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium carrots, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. water
    4 tsp. flour
    2/3 c. half and half
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    In frying pan, heat butter. Add carrots and onions. Saute for 3 minutes. Add salt and water. Cover and simmer until tender. Sprinkle with flour and cook until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in cream and wine. Cook until thickened.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
