Garlic And Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. red pepper sauce
    2 c. grits (uncooked)
    1 (6 oz.) roll cheese with garlic
    2 eggs, beaten
    paprika
Preparation
    In large saucepan, heat water to boiling.
    Add grits and salt; cook until grits are very thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Add cheeses, margarine, eggs and red pepper.
