Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. 3 oz. sugar
1/2 lb. eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 lb. nuts, chopped
1 1/4 c. oil
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 lb. 4 oz. carrots, grated
Preparation
-
Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat 2 minutes on medium. Combine dry ingredients.
Add to oil mixture.
Beat 1 minute.
Add carrots and nuts.
Mix well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
