Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    5 eggs
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Melt sugar in a skillet until golden brown and pour over sides and bottom of a 1-quart baking dish.
    Let cool.
    Place condensed milk, eggs, vanilla and salt in a blender and blend thoroughly. Turn into your quart baking dish and place this dish in a baking pan into which you have poured an inch of water.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
    Do not overbake.
