Deer Roast And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. deer roast
    1 medium onion
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper
    carrots
    potatoes
    water
Preparation
    Brown roast on both sides in oven.
    Add garlic and onion and seasoning.
    Peel and cut enough carrots and potatoes to feed your family.
    Cover with water.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until meat and vegetables are done.
