Okie Style Stuffed Quahogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fatty bacon
    1 large bag Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 pt. jar hot finger peppers with a little sauce
    1 1/2 pt. clams
Preparation
    Chop and brown bacon.
    Save fat.
    Chop peppers and clams.
    Mix all ingredients together, along with bacon fat, clam juice and a little pepper juice.
    Add hot water if not moist enough.
    Pack into clam shells and wrap individually with aluminum foil.
