Ham-Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
    3/4 c. plain fat-free yogurt
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise (8 calories per Tbsp.)
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    4 oz. finely diced ham (90% lean)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
Preparation
    In medium bowl, stir cream cheese with spoon until fluffy. Add yogurt, nonfat dry milk powder, mayonnaise and Italian seasonings.
    Continue mixing well until blended.
    Add diced ham and drained spinach.
    Mix gently to combine.
    Cover and chill until ready to serve.
    Diabetic:
    1 1/2 meats and 2 vegetables.
