Hoppin John - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, heated
    1 c. chopped ham
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute ham chunks, onion and pepper sauce in oil 3 to 5 minutes. Combine peas and ham mixture. Add rice. Place in 2-quart baking dish; bake at 325\u00b0 until heated.
