1 c. self-rising corn meal *
1 c. self-rising flour *
1 tsp. salt
1 chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cooling oil
1 1/2 pods hot pepper
1 c. creamed corn
1 chopped onion
1 egg
3/4 c. sweet milk
Preparation

*If using plain flour and corn meal, use 3 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
