Whipped Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cold water
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a 1 cup glass measuring cup combine cold water and gelatin. Let stand 2 minutes.
    In a small saucepan bring 2 inches of water to a boil.
    Place measuring cup in saucepan.
    Heat and stir about 1 minute or until gelatin is dissolved.
    Remove.
    In bowl, beat whipping cream and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed while gradually adding gelatin.
    Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
    Makes 1 cup.
    This will freeze in a covered container for up to a month.
    Thaw several hours in refrigerator before using. Then stir.
