Crispy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 broiler fryer chicken (3 to 3 1/2 lb.), cut up
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour, salt and chili powder and pepper.
    Dip chicken in milk; roll in cornmeal mixture.\tPlace in greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
    Drizzle with butter.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until juices run clear.
    Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
