Mushroom And Broccoli Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 large onion, chopped
12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch broccoli, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
6 c. firm white bread cubes
1/2 tsp. chicken instant bouillon
3 c. water
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Saute onions until tender.
Add mushrooms and broccoli, thyme, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and salt.
Cook until mushrooms are tender and broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add to bread cubes in a large bowl. Toss and add 2 to 3 cups of hot water.
Stuff turkey or bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
Good with poultry or pork.
