Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can kernel corn (do not drain)
    1 can creamed corn
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornmeal mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (mild)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
