Flan De Coco (Coconut Flan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) can coconut
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted and allowed to cool
    7 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat 6 whole eggs plus the yolk of the seventh egg.
    Mix the beaten eggs with the sugar, butter and coconut.
