90-Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Heat milk, water and butter to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add 1/4 cup flour, beat at high speed 2 minutes.
    Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough.
    Knead 2 to 3 minutes.
    Divide dough in 12 equal balls. Place on cookie sheet.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0 and bake 10 to 20 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan to cool.
