Ingredients

3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs, separated
Preparation

Beat egg yolks well; add sifted dry ingredients and milk alternately to the yolks.
(Do not beat.)
Use a whisk or spoon. Then add butter which has been melted.
Lastly fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake on hot waffle iron.
Do not beat or waffles will be tough!
