Baked Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. ham
    1/2 c. whole cloves
    1/3 c. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    6 to 8 pineapple slices
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Bake ham in a roasting pan, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from oven and cut off skin with a sharp knife. Score fat into diamond shapes.
    Place a whole clove in the center of each diamond.
    Spread mustard over ham.
    Then press on brown sugar.
    Secure pineapple slices on ham with toothpicks.
    Bake an additional 30 minutes, basting frequently with pineapple juice. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
