Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening. Dissolve dry yeast (or 1 cake) in 2 tablespoons warm water.
    Add 2 cups buttermilk.
    Mix together.
    Roll dough out thin and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Fold over and bake about 15 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven. Will keep several days in icebox.
