Poultry Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
3/4 c. minced onion
1 c. chopped celery
9 c. soft bread cubes
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. crushed sage
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
cooked giblets, chopped
chicken broth as needed
Preparation

In large skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in butter until tender.
Stir in about 1/3 of bread cubes.
Turn into deep bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and toss.
Use enough broth for moist feel to dressing.
