Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
2 green onions, diced
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 tsp. flour or 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. liquid from canned peas
1 (16 oz.) can peas
seasoned salt
Preparation

In a saucepan, cook green onions and lettuce in margarine over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Combine flour with water and add to lettuce mixture.
Stir until thickened.
Add peas and salt; simmer until heated thoroughly.
(May be cooked in microwave.)
