Chocolate Cherry Cobbler(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (16 oz.) can tart red cherries (packed in water), undrained
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    6 drops red food coloring
    2 Tbsp. fat-free margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to
    375\u00b0.
    Mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Stir in cherries. Cook over medium heat, stirring some until slightly thickened, 4 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in almond flavoring and food coloring.
    Pour into ungreased 1-quart casserole or a 9 x 9-inch square cake pan. Cut margarine into flour, cocoa and 1 tablespoon brown sugar until finely crumbled. Stir in milk and vanilla. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto hot cherry mixture.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.
