Roasted Red Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. red onions, sliced
    a little olive oil
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    8 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Bake onions with a little olive oil in 420\u00b0 oven until onions are soft.
    Add to flour, sugar, and beef broth.
    Bring to a boil for 30 minutes.
    Remove from heat and serve.
