Deep-Dish Tuna Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 to 3 Tbsp. cold water
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. shredded processed Swiss cheese
2 (5 1/2 oz.) cans sodium-reduced tuna (water pack), drained
skim milk
1 tsp. yellow cornmeal
Preparation

In a mixing bowl cut margarine into flour until pieces are the size of small peas.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water over part of the mixture; gently toss with a fork.
Push to side of bowl. Repeat until all is moistened.
Form dough into a 9-inch circle. Cover.
