Ingredients

2 extra ripe bananas
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 (8 oz.) carton strawberry yogurt
2 c. whipping cream
strawberry slices (for garnish)
Preparation

Puree bananas in blender (1 cup).
Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
In small saucepan, bring reserved juice to boil.
Remove from heat.
Dissolve gelatin in juice.
In large bowl, combine yogurt and pureed bananas.
Blend gelatin mixture into banana mixture.
Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
