East-West Pineapple Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    chopped onion to taste
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits
    butter or oil (to brown meatballs)
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Combine chuck, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, milk, parsley and garlic in a large bowl and mix well.
    Form into small balls with tidbit in center.
    Let stand 1 hour, then brown in oil with curry. Add balls to sauce.
