Frozen Lemon Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 lemon rind, grated
Preparation
    Pour milk into tray.
    Chill until ice crystals begin to form. Beat egg yolk and sugar.
    Stir until sugar dissolves.
    Beat egg white until stiff and fold into yolk mixture.
    Whip milk stiff, fold in lemon juice and rind.
    Lightly fold in egg mixture.
    Pour into trays and freeze.
