Honey Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large Vidalia onions
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    6 tsp. honey
    6 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Peel and trim 4 large onions. Cut in half and place in a buttered baking dish, cut side up.
    In a separate bowl, mix tomato juice, 1 1/2 cups water, melted margarine and honey.
    Pour this sauce over onions.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until soft.
    Makes 8 servings.
