Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine ingredients except cheese and chips.
    Toss lightly and put into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese and chips.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes or until hot.
    Yields 5 servings.
