Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain croutons
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    dash of pepper
    4 strips fried, crumbled bacon
Preparation
    In the bottom of a baking dish, combine croutons and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper in a bowl.
    Mix until blended and pour over crouton mixture.
    Sprinkle with bacon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set.
