Southwest Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 scrubbed carrots
    3 mint leaves
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled carrots with mint leaves until tender.
    Arrange carrots in bottom of baking pan; dot with butter.
    Season and cover pan with tinfoil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, turning twice.
