Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. can salmon, well mashed
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients with salmon; drop by teaspoonful into deep, hot oil.
    Fry 2 or 3 at a time; drain on paper towel.
