Meat Loaf With Sweet Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
4 Tbsp. green peppers
1 small jar pimentos
1 stalk celery
1 medium onion
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 small tomato sauce
grated Romano cheese

Preparation

Saute the green peppers, celery, onion and pimentos.
Add rest of ingredients and shape into loaves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then pour Sweet Sour Sauce over and bake an additional 20 minutes.
