Cheese Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. spaghetti sauce
    1 box manicotti
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 c. water
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix and simmer spaghetti sauce and water.
    Set aside.
    Mix cheeses, salt and pepper.
    Stuff in manicotti shells.
    Put 1 cup sauce in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Put stuffed manicotti in single layer in pan with sauce.
    Top with remaining sauce.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
