Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    8 to 9 stalks celery, cut up small
    1 large onion, cut up small or grated
    1 1/2 cans chicken gumbo soup
    1 1/2 cans tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    2 tsp. chili powder
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown and drain the hamburger.
    Mix all ingredients together. Put in roaster and bake at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
