Ham In A Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) canned ham
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Bake ham for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Mix together flour, salt and margarine; lightly beat salad oil and egg.
    Blend into flour mixture, using 1 tablespoon at a time.
    Stir in ice water until dough forms a ball.
    Wrap dough in waxed paper.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Cool ham slightly; roll dough 12 x 16 x 1/8-inch thick around ham.
    Place on a baking sheet; pierce with a fork.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with cranberry-orange relish in cups made from orange rind.
