Mexican Chicken Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, boiled
    1 large onion
    1 can green chiles
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese
    15 to 18 corn tortillas
    2 c. chicken
Preparation
    Boil chicken until well done.
    Debone and cut into bite size. Reserve 2 cups broth.
    Saute onion in butter until slightly cooked.
    Tear tortillas into small pieces into large bowl.
    Add chicken, broth, onion, chilies and soups.
    Mix well.
    Add 1/2 of the cheese and mix slightly.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Top with 1/2 cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
