Cheese-A-Roni Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. meatless spaghetti sauce
    2/3 c. water
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, combine sauce and water.
    In another medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, eggs and oregano.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Spoon in 1/3 sauce. Top with 1 cup uncooked elbows, 1/2 Ricotta mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella and 1/3 sauce.
    Repeat layering, using remaining macaroni, Ricotta cheese mixture and sauce.
    Reserve Mozzarella. Cover with foil.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Uncover; top with remaining cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes longer.
