Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin, mashed
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Put sugar, oil and filling in bowl; beat well.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each.
    Add dry ingredients; beat until smooth.
    Pour into a 10-inch tube pan or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0 (don't peek).
    Frost with butter icing.
