Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    4 Tbsp. salad oil
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    7 1/2 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Cool milk to lukewarm.
    Dissolve yeast in water and then add to milk, salad oil and sugar mixture.
    Add eggs.
    Add 4 cups flour; beat well, then add 3 1/2 to 4 more cups of flour, until stiff and not too moist.
    Turn onto well floured surface and roll around a few times.
    Put in warm place to rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    (In a greased bowl large enough to let it rise until double.)
    Pour out onto floured surface; form into loaves.
    Place in greased pans (2). Cover with light dish towel and let rise until double.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until golden brown or sounds hollow when tapped.
    Grease top well.
