Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. very sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    2/3 of 7 oz. box Creamettes, cooked
    6 or 8 saltine crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Lower heat; stir in grated cheese.
    Add cooked macaroni. Put in heatproof bowl, cover with cracker crumbs, dot with butter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
