Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. Karo white syrup
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring the mixture to prevent scorching.
Boil until it forms a thread, 7 to 9 minutes, check often.
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over popped corn.
Shape into balls and let set until cool.
