Easy Caramel Rolls - cooking recipe

2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine biscuit mix and milk, stirring with a fork until blended.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 4 or 5 times.
Roll dough into a 15 x 9-inch rectangle and spread with 2 tablespoons butter.
Combine 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle mixture over dough.
Starting with long side, roll up jelly-roll fashion.
Pinch seam to seal (do not seal ends).
Cut into 12 slices.
Combine remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, melted butter and pecans.
Divide mixture equally into well-greased muffin pans.
Place slices, cut side down, into muffin pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from pans immediately.
Yield: 1 dozen.
