Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon until crumbly.
    Set aside.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla in a saucepan and cook until thick and clear.
    Press half of the crumb mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan and cover with the rhubarb.
    Pour the cornstarch mixture over the rhubarb. Top with the rest of the crumb mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
