Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli
    2 pkg. (dry) Gold Medal corn muffin mix
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (small) onion, chopped, or 2 Tbsp. dried onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into greased baking dish or pan.
    Cover and bake 15 to 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    (For glass dish, bake for 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.)
