Simmer Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
2 lb. yellow squash, cut into slices
5 green onions, sliced
1/4 tsp. basil
paprika
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with paprika, salt and pepper.
Spray skillet with Pam.
Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides.
Add water.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add squash, onions and an additional 1/4 cup water, if necessary.
Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes longer until chicken and squash are tender.
