Seafoam Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pear juice
    3 oz. pkg. lime jello
    6 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. cream
    3 1/2 c. canned pears, drained and mashed
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Blend 2 tablespoons of cream with cream cheese.
    Heat 1 cup of pear juice and add to jello.
    While still hot, mix cream cheese mixture into the jello.
    Refrigerate for a short time until it starts to set.
    Fold in mashed pears and whipped cream. Refrigerate.
    Will serve 12 to 14.
