Pam'S Cream Of Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. diced shredded carrots
    1/2 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. water
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. bacon
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and cook in water.
    While vegetables are cooking, melt butter in large pot, make cream sauce with flour, milk and chicken broth.
    Add bacon, vegetables, parsley and salt.
