Coconut Jumbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter (not margarine)
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. fresh grated coconut
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Stir in the egg, lightly beaten. Add the coconut, flour and vanilla.
    Drop by tablespoons onto a buttered and floured cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
