Cyndi'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and slice thinly potatoes, onion and green pepper.
Cook the three together.
When done, drain and place in baking dish with milk and butter or margarine.
Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake until cheese is melted.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
